I have given my hp printer for repairs for the third time, it went in for 2 weeks, I did not receive any feedback from the store, I had to physically go in store and query about my printer only to find that it was laying at the back of the store thereafter I take it home only to find that it is not fixed and completely not coming on. I thereafter take it to the store and they say they cannot fix it because it has already gone for repairs 3 times, however my warranty was for one year and I have given the printer for repairs within the space of 5 months, I have totally given up and purchased a cannon printer. All the staff there should pull up their socks #BlackFriday
