Matrix Warehouse Computers

My experience with this company Matrix Warehouse Computers are really not good at all went in on Sunday morning toe get some advice but there was no tech available so I gave them my number for them to phone to assist me with the advice I needed so then Monday comes and Monday went out the and I'm still waiting for a tech to phone me the service at this place is really pathetic really I will not recommend Matrix Warehouse Computers ever again because they are useless getting paid for not working just sitting on there asses and a 1star are over rated to be honest and this is not the 1st time that I had problems with this SPRINGS branch though no wonder they are not making any business because they are not willing to help customers at all was even walking around the shop for 15min and still didn't get any help so the owner of the Matrix Warehouse Computers Must get ppl that actually wants to work and help there customers then I will consider maybe to recommend them to anybody ever again...
