Matrix warehouse CARNIVAL MALL Broken brand new laptops and bad service
We bought a brand new Dell laptop .. it was damaged!!! Swop out for a Hp and it gets ****ed after 3 days!!! The store manager from matrix carnival mall was rude and swore at me!!. How can a brand new ****ing laptop go for repairs!!! They are a bunch of ****holes that just want peoples money !!!.. never buy from them .. the idiots name is Tom ..
