Matrix Warehouse Alberton

I was using my laptop and while using it plugged it in to charge but for some reason it didn't want to charge. It has never given any problems with regards to charging before.

Took it to the Matrix Warehouse in Alberton today and explained the problem to one of the tech guys. A small Asian guy. He didn't seem very enthusiastic to help me. He tried using another charger on the laptop and it still didn't want to charge. Then he told me "I don't think this thing is fixable". This confused me as all he did was tried to use another charger which didn't work. I then asked him "how can you be so sure if you have no idea what's wrong with it? All you did was try another charger". He then said "well we can strip it but that's going to be expensive. It's going to cost you around R1000." He then tried to do a breakdown of costs but couldn't get his sums to add up to this R1000 amount that he seems to have thumb sucked. I then took my laptop and left. He seemed extremely unbothered.

I have spent a fair amount of money at matrix warehouse over the years but I won't support them again.
