Matrix Warehouse after market sales let me down
I bought a Logitech G19s at rage 2015. The keyboard didn't even last 6 months. The keyboard has been in for two weeks and the best due date the staff can give me is \maybe in the next 5 work days\". <br> <br> I think that when you are catering for gamers you should know that when you provide something like a keyboard and it is bad quality you as the supplier need to provide the solution. waiting 3-6 weeks means that that you are holding that persons whole rig hostage. To me this is a clear display that you do not care about the people you sell to. <br> <br> "
