Sold me a Bluetooth ****le - Windows vista win XP software. Cannot even find compatible drivers. Store reluctant to refund me.

The shop sold you the Orico USB Bluetooth(BTA-408-WH) adaptor that is compatible with all windows versions.It seems that you failed to install the drivers hence why you returned to the store. We offered to try and install it for you, to no avail. The unit works perfectly fine on our windows 10 machines, and it comes with an installation CD. We ended up refunding you. The main problem is that the correct drivers for the unit was not installed for the unit and if you have a change of heart we will gladly assist you with the same. Kind Regards
