Where to begin. We took my boyfriends gaming PC in so that Matrix could check the AMD Radeon FPS settings in order to make the FPS as stable as possible, which they proceeded to say was an easy task at hand. We must leave it there with them and they will phone us to collect. I then phoned them to ask what was happening and could we collect. The second in charge told me that the graphics card needs to be replaced and he is now checking ram,NOTE: This gaming PC is all but 3 weeks old. We got there to find the whole gaming PC is open and screen glitching and turning off by itself which it was not doing when we bought it in. They have opened up the whole graphics card and put a paste inside of the graphics card which was not asked. They the proceeded to install a new graphics card into my PC..They scratched the card and hadn't even put it back properly. Apon inspection of this graphics card it was noticeable that the graphics card had not been correctly reassembled. Coincidentally enough they then proceeded to try sell us a new graphics card because according to them this whole saga is a coincidence . Who asked you to open up the graphics card and put a paste inside? we bought it in to change settings and you did the exact opposite of what we asked and messed up the graphics card, Your fourways crossing branch has also broken any warranty on that card. My boyfriend then went to head office and watched the CCTV footage, only to then be told that he must take the footage and do what he wants with it, not even being assisted by any higher party of this company. You need to step up and take responsibility of your companies actions. My Boyfriend has lost out on ALOT of work because your shops can't take simple instructions. I hope you come to a conclusion very quickly.
