Matrix Vanderbijlpark Pathetic Service

Is it not possible to give a minus star rating!!!? In all my years I have never encountered such shoddy service as I received by the owners and staff of Matrix Vanderbijlpark. 1. I asked for a quote for a laptop (HP) including a standard HHD and 8gb RAM. I received the quote as requested so I ordered the laptop, again confirming the requirements. I also asked for a mouse and bag (I did not know at the time that the HP comes with a bag - and obviously nor did the staff at Matrix Vanderbijlpark). Upon collecting my laptop (I paid via eft earlier that day) I queried that it indeed did have a standard HHD and not a SSD. Suddenly one of the owners (Bianca) said by the looks of the box a bag is included!!! Oops!!! They look at me as if I should say that it doesn't matter. I ask for a refund of the difference. Setting up the laptop later I discovered that it actually did NOT have 8gb but 4gb. I contacted Matrix regarding the same. They wanted to pick up my laptop and return it later with the 8gb which their salesperson had not quoted on even though I had asked a number of times and phoned to confirm. I chose to take the laptop in this morning (02/06/2021) and just as well. Watching the owner open the laptop (of which it was evident he did not know how to) he broke one of the rubber feet. Saying nothing, he simply placed it one side and continued to open the laptop using an old credit card. New memory in. Without a word of apology, Mr Ciliers ***ner) proceeds to reassemble the laptop until I ask about the broken foot. "We do not have another laptop like that here but I will get one from Johannesburg" he tells me, and then does not want to replace the broken item - I have to tell him to replace it as this laptop is for a Principal of a local school. Later Mr Cilliers calls me to say that he was unable to source another laptop so I must return the laptop and he will refund me. NOT ACCETABLE!!! The principal had been without a laptop for over a week and seriously needed one now. Matrix idea of sorting out a problem is to refund and pretend nothing happened - SERIOUSILY!!! All the time I was waiting for these people to install the memory (which THEY forgot to do) I felt as if I was in the wrong. I could carry on and on with even more issues like the owner saying that the laptop is a 'Ryzen 3' when in fact it is a Ryzen 5 - of which one of the 'technicians' told me was a i7 (Google says i5)... If this is how Matrix treats customers, believe me they will never see me again, and I will tell all of the pathetic service of these people.
