Very poor service. Not even worth 1 star. Wanted to replace my battery. They inform me the screen is broken. Which was not. But take there word for it. And ask to replace it. Pay for it. They phone me to ask for the password. They lock into the laptop. Quintan said it is working. Just to inform me later by somebody else, that the laptop is not working. It was working that morning when they lock in. And it was still working when I last work with it. I have the IP address traced by our IT department, when I lock in to our work system to work. Suddenly it is broken. The store manager inform me, when I gave the laptop in, it was already broken and it did not work. There is camaras to prove it. Still did not received any footage from them. Now I have a total broken laptop not working. No replacement screen or the so called broken screen. Please do not trust anything they say. They are *********** to do a work. And all the lies. Thanks Matrix for nothing. And wasted R2000.
