Matrix sells junk

I recently bought a coleman hard drive cover from them roughly 4 months ago. They have a 1 year warranty on it so i took it in for repairs since one of the pins broke I was told that I inserted the cable upside-down it's not even physically possible to do that. Anyways they apparently sent it in for repairs and 21 days later tell me it can't be fixed because the damage was due to physical damage. Firstly the product has poor workmanship and could have been damaged due to poor resistance to heat. Why take the cover in and keep it for 21 days and then tell me you can't fix it? This is nonsense and absolutely poor customer service. Never buy anything from matrix they sell junk quality. They suggested I buy another one? Really is this the new sales pitch?

Good day Ashly

After investigation the item was found warranty void due to physical damage caused by the user.We get the products supp**** by a major Vendor in South Africa and there is no issues with the quality.

Unfortunately we will not be able to swop it out or credit it.

I dint expect you to assist, I posted this for South Africa to see. It was clear and evident that I was not going to be helped. Who can damag ONE pin inside a casing? Even a kid cannot damage it, it doesn't take a scientific to prove that it was heat damage which weakened the pin and caused it to break/melt. Keep your broken case and the cable which came with the useless cover, I will let you have that and for free too. I will purchase a proper case at another company who values their customers.
