So, I do networking for the petroleum industry and I keep making a mistake by buying these RJ45 testers from Matrix Warehouse. I should buy these testers from Roodepoort, Northgate and 1 of my techs bought a tester from the South of JHB BUT... today was my last straw. I bought a tester on "MONDAY" and it bombs out today "TUESDAY" and when I spoke to Timothy from Matrix Northgate. He gives me his stories about the tester he's using at the branch and blah blah! THE ABSENT MINDED CONSULTANT DOES NOT UNDERSTAND THE SERIOUSNESS OF WORKING ON A HIGH SCALE PLATFORM! No customer service at all, only when I told him I'll report him to his head office, he then SAID "HE WILL SEE WHAT HE CAN DO" guys Im telling u now, if you want the job done right, do not buy networking equipment from Matrix, their products are not quality. And their service is pathetic. Matrix does not understand the seriousness about bad publicity therefore their attitudes are so bad, why would anyone want to save R159 and get a bad review? Stop with the stupidity and cheap products please! You guys are throwing away valuable clients!!!!
