Matrix Roodepoort Princess Crossing | Unprofessional and insulted by Matrix Employees

Yesterday i bought wireless receiver (TP Link) for R250.00. when i installed it to my machine it did not work and i decided to return to the store (Matrix Princess Crossing ) , i also had my PC with me .

The lady from reception transferred me to the technical Guy to assist me with my issue. The guy was so rude , instead of helping me he was criticising my machine, and he also told me that i am playing he is working . they refused to help me cos my machines was acting up at that time . i had to return home to fix my machine in order for them to check my TP Link receiver . the supervisor and the technical guy did not treat me well . they told me " why are you worried cos the product you bought is only R250 " they added by saying am playing .
