Matrix returns policy, be aware!!!

Please be aware Matrix branches have a strange return policy! You cannot ! get a cash refund They will offer you instore credit, or an EFT refund but…… In order to get the EFT refund, you must supply a letter of bank confirmation!!! How inconvenient for the customer!!! AND …Refunds are only processed once a week!!!! So, if you buy an item on a Thursday, and refund day is next Thursday, you have to wait a week to get YOUR money back.
