Matrix products damaged my PC

Matrix warehouse Brackendgardens in Alberton

I bought a set of volkano diamond usb speakers from Matrix warehouse in Brackenhurst. I plugged them in and they shorted out my computer and now all 4 usb ports at the back are dead. I took the speakers back and Mark the technician tested them, The moment he plugged them in, the pc turned off. His usb ports survived. We then phoned the owner Deon and he was extremely rude. When I asked him what about my usb ports he rep**** he has now proof that they were not broken and what is he supposed to do, give my new usb ports?

Extremely bad way to treat a customer making them sound like a ****. Just goes to show that Matrix sells sub par products that can damage your PC.

I will be contacting their head office about this as well.
