Matrix: Poor communications & terrible services

I bought a SSD harddrive and RAM at Matrix warehouse, last year around November 2024. I had no issues with the Harddrive but turned out the Ram was not compatible with my laptop, so I visited their store in Menlyn,(they told me it was not compatible, and for a replacement for a similar ram, I should head to any other store, because they were not able to assist), so I took their advice and headed to the Matrix warehouse in Woodmead, where they managed to assist me, and said they would notify me when they got a replacement, surprisingly that did not happen, I have tried calling and querying multiple times, but all their ever say is that they will call or do a call back or some other crud. I have not been able to get assistance from them since, they promised to notify me, empty promises. So I have resorted to airing my grievance here, because I am not happy with the service and not happy with the fact that its been more than a month with no communication from their end, as if they are the customer and I am the one that has wronged them.

Never have I received such terrible service and I just really want either my RAM or a full refund so I can be done with them.
