Matrix no after sales service

I bought a Keyboard / Mouse combo on 28/12/2021. Thursday 14/4/2022 I tried to use the keyboard only to find its not working anymore. First thing I tried to change the batteries, no luck. I restarted my PC and the Bluetooth stick and still had no luck. My wife took the keyboard and mouse back to Matrix Randfontein this morning (19/04/2022), firstly when the sales men saw that my wife was bringing something back the attitude changed in the store. The sales man tested my keyboard and mouse to our surprise the keyboard is working and he's telling my wife that the mouse is faulty. What's surprising me is that my wife told me that the sales man took another keyboard box combo from the shelve, she could not see what was taken out of the other box. That's when the sales man told her that there is nothing wrong with the keyboard. I'm also not happy with the letters that is rubbing off when typing. Already my A and half of S is off. I feel that its ok for Matrix to take my money but its not ok to take back something that's not working. My wife came back home with the keyboard and mouse as I need a keyboard to work. When I wanted to test the keyboard again Matrix Randfontein did not give the Bluetooth stick back. This is really inconveniencing me, as now I cannot work and its costing me money now to drive up and down for Matrix..... As per the sales man the Keyboard and mouse need to be send back to the supplier. This will take more than 7 working days. According to the sales man the CPA act do not apply at Matrix and the item need to be send to the supplier to asses. So in this time I will have no keyboard to do my work with.
