Matrix Maponya *********

Matrix warehouse Maponya doesn't hire technicians, it hires ********* who swindle unsuspecting clients of their laptop components when clients take in their laptops for repairs.

I took my laptop in for repairs as it wasn't switching on. I get told it's unrepairable. A while after I'm told it's repaired and I can collect. Upon inspection, they've taken my laptop screen and replaced it with a low quality sub par screen.

All my files are gone because the 500GB hard drive I had in there was taken out and replaced with a 148GB hard drive.

What was the person responsible thinking, that I wouldn't notice. I'm livid. I will be going to the store in Maponya and will be laying a ******** case against those responsible. Utterly disappointed. **** of the earth ripping people off. I will raise hell I promise.
