Matrix - Kensington South

This is not the first time that I have experienced bad service at Matrix in 182 Cumberland Road, Kensington, and for this reason I never go there but my partner was not aware of this and yesterday bought a router from them and unfortunately was not what I wanted. I called to see if they could refund my back, but apparently they have a computer system that does not do cash refunds. What nonsense. Please be aware this is the worst Matrix around.
