Matrix K90 Boksburg - Might as well close down

For K90 Matrix, in Boksburg:

Absolutely terrible. Store has almost no stock, and everything they have is cheap trash at overpriced tags.

I end up buying a bluetooth 5 usb adaptor from them for R150. Take it home and try use it on 3 different computers. It connects for 1 minute, drops the connection and windows reports error 43.

I go ahead and install the janky software on the all Chinese box. Same result with worse software. Tried again on more devices, same result.

Next day, take it back for a refund because it doesn't work. Terrible lady at the shop refuses my refund, tells me it needs to be sent in for repair and tested.

It's been a week so far, I haven't heard anything at all, so after she blatantly refused to refund me within 1 working day of purchase. They can't even be bothered to follow up after I stood there for 40 minutes while she typed out the slowest return form ever...

Absolutely useless, unfriendly staff, and unable to recognize they are selling garbage.

I ended up buying one on takealot for R66, shipped to my door for R130. It's plug and play, and hasn't given me a days troubles.

I'd highly recommend you stay away from this matrix and their staff, they will sell you ****, then run away with your money.

Matrix as a brand should just close at this stage, useless.

Enjoy the R150 yous stole off me Matrix. Should have just given me store credit, or cash, but no sly and disgusting business practices are the norm here.

PSA stay away from these *********. Never seeing another dime out of me.
