MATRIX FOURWAYS CROSSING TERRIBLE TO GOOD

On my first visit to Matrix Fourways crossing, I had the misfortune of being served by the rudest salesman, called Ruan, when I asked a question, he shrugged h8s shoulders, looked at me like I was am alien for not knowing the computer industry terminology, I had it out with him about his attitude and he actually got into am argument with him. He does not deserve that job!! He needs serious customer service training.... horrible little person. Then Thabiso assisted me, and what a difference, opposite sides of the spectrum. He was patient, understanding, phoned me when he said he would ( the only person who has actually phoned back when he said he would) this hasn't happened in the last 5 years, no one phones back!!Thabiso your knowledge, the way in which you communicate with your clients is TOP NOTCH THANK YOU FOR CHANGING MY EXPERIENCE in Matrix . I would nominate you for BEST sales executive of 2023.
