Extremely bad service from Matrix (Tygervallley and Durban) on enquire on RECALL (posted) of MSI CPU LIQUID COOLER CORE 360R!!! They are not even aware of this recall!!

Please accept our apologies for the intial lack of action from our teams. Without trying to shift the blame, MSi did not make us aware of the recall of this product. Had we been made aware, we would have been more proactive in dealing with the situation. We will engage with MSi and other vendors to strenghten our lines of communications to prevent similar incidents in the future.
