Received absolutely professional experience for the 2nd time. First time was when my hard drive had to be replaced and 2nd time when they identified a problem with regards to Win 10 upgrade done with incorrect software (from Matrix Randpark Ridge Mall) and concern with regards to my touchpad.

Wonderful and amazing service!!!!!
