Matrix Computers - Randpark Ridge Mall
Absolutely awful experience at Randpark Ridge Mall Matrix . Didn't listen to request or read paperwork completed with regards to Win 10 - touchpad on PB laptop damaged. Only had to fix drivers for keyboard. Loaded Win 10 (not requested) which was a '****' copy as it downloaded additional Russian programs x 4.
