Matrix computers BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I am very disgusted at the customer service RENDERED by matrix maponya mall. The staff is rude and not willing to assist. I'll never recommend them to anyone. I'm a new customer to matrix and I'll never do business with them. When they phoned me to collect the device they did not specify what Who I need to have the device released. I am very disgusted at this service. Take your staff for customer service training

We understand your frustration and apologize for any inconvenience caused. We have to protect our customers property at all costs and this includes your device. Unfortunately the technician that you dealt with was not there at the time of your visit as the shop was almost closing and he has left already. You did not have the correct paperwork to prove that the unit belongs to you and therefore Matrix could not release the goods to you. We will ensure that corrective training is given at the branch.
