Matrix Carnival Mall - The best of the best :)

I would like to take the opportunity to point out the amazing experience we had with JP at Matrix Carnival mall. My laptop got damaged in a vehicle accident last year and I never had it fixed - I've received qoutes, but it didn't fit the pocket. So in May of this year, my dad took my laptop to Matrix Carnival Mall where JP assisted him. JP provided us with a fair qoute & we decided to book the laptop in. JP immediately started working on the laptop and kept me updated throughout the whole process. There was a time where JP discovered that a virus wiped out all of my information and data that I had on this laptop. This virus also made one of the stores laptops crash. I have no idea how JP did it, but he managed to save all my information that was on the laptop & my computer is working better than ever! Not only did it not cost me merely as much as previous qoutes, but we received the best service from JP. I would highly recommend anybody who needs assistance with computers/ laptops, whether it's big or small, to go to Matrix Carnival Mall. You won't regret it!
