MATRIX BRACKENHURST

Soe I do not even know were to start, bought a Usb to Ethernet adaptor, when the It guy at work plug it in he battled for it to work. a few days later it stopped working. I phoned the shop and was told about their 7 day policy and that I must bring it to the shop for them to check. According to the I pulled the wires out. The owner Deon come and started to insult me. telling me that I was *****ing from him. he swore me, I have never been abused like that before. he told me to f@#$ out of his shop. I wonder if he is man enough to be so rude to a man, HE MOST DEFINATLY HAS A SMALL MAN SYNDROME.. Since I have read other bad comment I do realize that he abuse woman. He had the adaptor in his hand the next moment he pulled it apart and told me that I broke it. He did eventually replaced it. When I got home my daughter informed me that she also had a bad experience when she took earphones back . It is people like him that give small business a bad name. I feel sorry for his staff, I can just imagine how bad he treats them if he does not have any respect for his customers
