MATRIX; BAD PRODUCTS DAMAGED SD CARD

I bought a Team 32 G sd card from Matrix on 15 December 2015. It was installed in a Samsung Tablet, it lasted only about a couple of days. The problem is that we moved all the pictures taken over the last Two years of our Grandchild as well as all our holiday and some nature photo's, to this sd Card. It just stopped functioning by giving us an error message, that the card is damaged.

Fact is that I have now heart of so many people that have experienced the same problem.

I am of the opinion that some of the products at Matrix is very suspect and people must be very careful in purchasing any product from Matrix in the future

The problem is that we have been advice, that information stored on an sd card, if lost is unreadable and can not be recovered! We have not only lost important photo's, we have lost part of our history!

Needless to say, we are very unhappy, why were we not warned on the product or by the sales person of this possibility!
