Alberton Branch. We my experience started off with a bump, literally as they dropped my ACCER U27 touch screen computer in front of me, sadly its screen did not enjoy it. At first the reaction left a lot to be desired, but soon the saga reached the correct ears who without reservation promised to sort it out. Unfortunately the screen replacement would need to be imported with a high risk installation. After a respectable debate where they played open cards we decided to replace the computer with a desktop version of similar value, i added a few extras at my cost. So thank you to Isaack and Shane for always keeping me informed plus doing the right thing and walking your talk.
