Matrix advertising
Purchased Epson L3060 printer, Matrix advertising product as a promotional item, do not purchase from them, Takealot and other stores are hundreds of rands cheaper, this advertising is a ****, I learnt an expensive lesson.
Thanks Matrix for assisting me not to shop with you again......

We have checked and there is two online companies that is cheaper by R200. All the Brick and mortar shops we have compared pricing with is either the same as us or even more expensive. You cannot compare online and Brick and mortar retail stores as the running costs is totally different and therefore retail pricing will always be more. Please bear in mind that if you have a problem with the printer we can physically assist you almost immediately, whereas with a online shop you are faced with a dilemma, who to call and then no one can assist you face to face like we can.

29 Jan 2019, 10:38Hi Matrix Team, I suggest you review one of your largest competitors Incredible Connection, I don't wish to labour the point, I've already purchased the item and I should have shopped around prior to making the purchase, just putting out there to be on the watch out for Matrix promotions, and I hope the physical assistance is for free, as this was not mentioned to me when I made the pirchase, or is this based on the issue, which means its a cost anyway and there was no real value in making the purchase from Matrix.
