MATRIX

My experience with the several Matrix Warehouses, in the Edenvale area, that I have dealt with, has been TOTALLY INADEQUATE. The latest incident concerns the Matrix Warehouse at Stoneridge in Edenvale. I asked them to delete a pop-up on my laptop, which had been done twice previously by two very helpful technical guys, who have since left this branch, the guy allocated to me took an hour to this this deletion, which previously had taken 10 minutes, Each time I tried to talk to him, as to why it was taking so long, I got no reply. When I got home and tried to use my laptop all the settings had been changed and nothing worked the way it had before. I took my laptop back to Matrix with a list of things that were wrong with the settings. The third time I took it back, as now I was unable to even open my laptop with my usual password, Michael was not at work, so Matthew said he would contact Michael and find out what he had done. He said there is no way Michael would have changed my password. Well guess what? I have yet to get a phone call from either Michael or Matthew. Their attitude is awful and there is no customer satisfaction. They could not care less. So if anyone has a computer problem, take it to Matrix if you don't mind pathetic, non-communicative service and take it or leave it, not interested attitude, they are the people for you. I would give them a zero star rating.
