Manager has BAD, BAD attitude and bad service

I bought 2 PC's at Matrix Warehouse, Princess Crossing on 28 February and due to delays I only switched it them on on the 11 March and it was dead, I took back to Princess, where I was met with a manager that had an attitude that should never deal with the public. While there, he took a phone call and I was shocked at his manner, as to how he spoke to the person on the phone.<br> He then told me that the PC could not be replace immediately, as there is a 7 day policy on new goods. NO WHERE ON THE INVOICE DOES IT STATE ANY TERMS OR CONDITIONS RELATING TO THIS. THIS IS NOT PRINTED ON THE BACK. Then it terms of repair times - it will take 7 to 21 days as per the CPA and this he specified several times.
