Mac Product

On this the 22nd Day of Oct 2015 @ approximately 15h00 I wanted to purchase a Kaspersky antivirus from the above mentioned outlet. I was informed by a Clark, Quinton Van Niekerk (I suspect its not his real name as he had to think about it), that they do not install 'said product' on Apple product. I informed him that this is the third time I've been there, and the last two times they installed it.This so called Quinton , then has the cheek to tell me he has worked there for 3 year and that they never installed it.Then Quinton and another faceless wonder stared to uninstall the old protection. I enquired why, and was told in a snotty attitude that they have to uninstall the old one before they can install the new one. Now I ask the question why do they want to uninstall my protection if they have no clue on how to install the new one. Quinton told me that this store does not deal with Apple Mac Product. further more he informed me Mac Air's are only good for throwing across the room. Quinton informed me that he will REFUSE to work on a Apple Mac. (IGNORANCE isa *****). The manageress Marika Poetgieter appears to be under Q's influence. Please Check video sevalance.
