Low quality producks
Bought a tabliot keybord from Matrix.Lasted a week and it stopted working.They changed it for another one.Lasted one day and it stopted working.All i did was take the plug out.Now it is broken.How easy to brake just by unplugging it.Tell me they selling me junk.Now they wont give me another one.It was my fault.Will not buy anything from them anymore.

A cover was brought back not working which was swopped out for a new one on 3/7/2015. It was tested in front of you and we were all happy that it was working 100%. You came back on 20/08/2015 to inform us that the second keyboard is also not working. This is over a month and not one day as per your claim above.
We decided to send it in for a warranty claim as there were evidence of abuse on the unit.
The unit came back from the suppliers confirming that there is Physical user damage to the unit ie: Clips broken, LED lights physically forced in. The suppliers has voided the warranty due to this and therefore we are unable to swop the unit out as per your request.
