Never buy anything from the Matrix at fourways. I have returned an item within a week, they refuse to give me a refund. The charger does not work on my laptop and the sales lady advised I could return without issue. I have the receipt, the original packaging and the item is not damaged at all.

The charger you purchased was found to be in a working condition. At the time of the return, you indicated to the staff member that you no longer wanted the item, not that it wasn't working. Although we are under no obligation to refund an item if a consumer has a change of heart, or buyer's remorse, we have already refunded you to the full value of the item.
