Laptop damaged after sent for repairs

I went to Matrix to try solve an overheating problem. Peter, through sales techniques, persuaded me to leave my laptop for a few days, while he added some thermal grease. I warned him that my laptop had suffered minor water damage 6 months ago.
My laptop was returned to me with a non-functioning keyboard. I complained first to Peter, who tried to fix it. When he could not, I complained to the manager, as I was not aware of any risks from the procedure. She proposed to replace my French keyboard with an English one.
The result is a disaster! The new keyboard is also not functional. I waited almost 1 month for a non-working keyboard! I didn't receive any calls to update me on the situation. I cannot believe that I paid for a service and that the result is worse than before. According to the manager, the keyboard will never work again and this is due to the water damage that occurred six months ago. I do not believe it! It is an excuse of convenience.
An unknown employee told me if I had really cared about my working tool, I would not have had water close to it. So rude and unprofessional!
One month wasted for a disastrous result! I am not satisfied with the vry unprofessional servic
