Laptop

Good day<br> <br> I gave my laptop for a test in by Matrix that was on the end of January. Then I got it back at home I tried to switch it on but nothing works. So I took it back to them and they said they will look and phone me back. Never received a call from them. I went back again and then Lawrence told me he broke something. He will fix it for me I can come and collect it 3 - 4 days later. When I went back to them Lawrence told me he can't find a NCP or some cable so will I accept it if he get me a good quality secondhand laptop and put my hard drive in it. I told him its ok. I wouldv? received it the Friday after. Then on the Friday morning already in March he sent me a sms he will not be at work so I can come and collect it later the week after, So my daughter phone them and then get a cell number of there manager. I spoken to the manager and he said he will sort this out. Last week on Thursday night at 20h00 my daughter received a call that they are still waiting for the cable. Where she told the person this is now getting out of hand. He promised to phone back but did not. So this morning I gone in again and again I have to listen to excuses from them.
