Matrix Warehouse Computers Randridge Mall I took my laptop in for a upgrade. I collected my laptop just to find out that my screen has black lines on it. Where upon they said I must have dropped it or because the laptop is not that new and that the lines were there. When I took it in there were no lines on that screen!!!. They insisted that it was! I took the laptop to another company that charged me far less to replace than what Matrix charged who broke it in the first place! Matrix won't see me again!
