Knowledgeable, customer-centric employees still exist!

Jared at your Park Meadows branch was MOST helpful yesterday. I have approached several computer stores with the same issue regarding external hard drives and none of them have been able to provide helpful feedback (including another Matrix store). He resolved the issue timeously and assisted me with another. It's comforting to know that knowledgeable people with sound customer-service skills are still to be found out there.
