It has been more than 7 days since I paid for a PC and they still do not want to give it to me.

I used my RCS card to pay for a computer (PC) at Matrix Warehouse Computers at Hatfield Pretoria. I was told that they cannot give me the PC immediately as they first have to check if the payment went through. The following day they confirmed that the payment reflect on their statement and I should get my PC soon. Two days after the payment was made I was contacted by the store sales person telling me that the owner said they must not give me the PC until the payment has been cleared by the bank. (Which suprised me because when will the bank clear their account is between them and the bank and not me as a customer, what is important is that the payment reflects on their statement to show that the payment went through). I then contacted them they said it will take about 7 days for the payment to be cleared by the bank, I will have to wait for that 7 days. The 7 days have passed and I have not been contacted by the store.

I am very disappointed by the service from Matrix Warehouse computers Hatfield. RCS sent me a statement and it shows that the payment went through and I am expected to pay at month end and yet I have not received the PC from Matrix Warehouse computers Hatfield. Please can you people give me my PC...please!
