Interview - New manager

Good Day <br> <br> I am highly disgusted on the way I was treated. I got called in for an interview last week and said I must be there this Friday the 15th April 2015. To my surprise I got phoned on the weekend and told that it was moved to Monday.<br> <br> When I got there only then was the relevant CV's printed and no matter that the previous guys CV who came for an interview was still lying by the printer. Highly unprofessional<br> <br> The interview took place behind the counter in front of the public eye and the manager even told me he was leaving. Unprofessional. Is it not the franchise owners job to look and interview candidates. not the manager's job. Anyone could walk in there while having the interview not to talk about the Techies overhearing the Salary recommendations. Does the manager also not get any leave as I see the store is open from Monday to Sunday until late. So when do the staff ever go on leave? <br> <br> I would not recommend anyone to work for this company as this is very unprofessional. I would like to work for this company if procedures were followed properly. Like having an interview behind closed doors,.<br> <br> The branch owner can contact me in this complaint.
