Install HDD of less than half the space I paid for.

After several attempts to discuss a matter of where another HDD of 480GB was installed on my newly purchased PC instead of the 1TB HDD, neither the store or the franchise management has any intention of resolving the matter. Proof was sent to them with the first quote, then I requested better processor, the second quote was also sent to them. Correspondence was then emailed to me where they wanted me to pay in for a faster HDD, (no quote done on this) as I declined the option outright. Only once I started running out of Disk space did I realize they did not install a 1TB HDD. The store also did not have ink in the printer when I was there, so they could only email me the invoice, so no way I could see it when taking the newly purchased PC. The store in East London closed down and they are expecting me to courier at my cost the HDD to them, to decide if they will refund me. Stay clear from them, as the franchise management has no intention to act like other franchises would, rather stick to a place like incre4dable connection, that honor their clients and would not cheat them by installing whatever they want and expect clients to be happy. All this proof was sent to franchise management as well and they insist that the manager's word is good, even after being presented with all the eveidence.

Good day,

Your complaints department, made it very clear that I need to at my cost first return the HDD I never wanted and then they will decide if they want to refund me, accepting the word of store manager over all the proof provided to them, not being able to answer me as to why there is no proof contradicting my story. Your franchise in East London closed down and now all people with problems need to courier at their cost to your branch, not even willing to check if the component was supp**** from Mustek, so I could take it to them to see. There is no attempt to assist me as a client and no acceptance of responsibility by franchise management. I should rather just have gone to incredible connection, as it is clear the people I bought my from when you were small has become greedy and it's all about money now.

Those people from Verwoerd Park that would go out of their way to ensure that they get you what you want, Yes I did business with you from about 2001, as we stayed about 500m from your store. The people that would give you advise for free when I did my A+ exams in 2002 now allowing dealings like this to go on in their name.

Good day Jaco,

The franchise in East London closed down about 5-6 years ago, and all new sales at any of our other stores would have been done knowing this. Your mail is noted and attended to as previously stated.

Kind Regards

That makes it even better, as when I got the quote, I specifically asked the sales lady if I would be able to take it to your branch in East London, as I am moving to East London, should something go wrong, answer was YES. So meaning that your sales person actually sold me a product knowing that there is no branch left in East London, shows even less integrity on your part. Your complaints department also made it clear that they don't have a problem if other parts are installed than what was paid for. They also promised a conference call with the store manager in with us, that also never happened. They also told me that it was my responsibility to ensure I got the right stuff and should have checked my invoice when receiving the goods, but yet the invoice was only sent to me 3 working days after I received the PC, thus the only document I could use as the proof of sale and goods at the time was the quote, which clearly shows what I wanted and at no stage when receiving it was I informed there is a different HDD in the machine. They keep referring to phone calls that never happened to avoid liability also saying the manager spoke to me, can I please ask for the quote of the different drive accepted after the conversation? The fact remains that your franchise store in George did wrong and there is no intention from you to keep the accountable for it, in my eyes that makes you just as *******. From the way I am being treated as if I am trying to ***** from Matrix, I am starting to wonder if franchise stores are not instructed to increase profit by doing this by franchise management. I again ask you for any proof that the product supp**** in 480GM HDD instead of 1TB drive was part of the agreement?
