*********** Technician destroys computer
On 6 Dec I took a laptop to Matrix Ilanga Mbombela. The screen was not working but VGA to external screen no problem -read docs, sent emails etc. Senzo said that it was standard and easily replaced. A new screen was still not working. I had to leave it there to investigate<br> On 7&8 Dec Senzo could not find problem. On 9 Dec he told me that it was the chip and could not be repaired<br> After collection the VGA port was not working. Senzo said he had not tested it before return, but I must bring it in and he would rectify the problem<br> On 12 Dec returned it. On several follow ups Senzo was working on it and searching for solution on the internet. 19 Dec I was told that the laptop cannot be repaired
The laptop came in with a screen problem which the branch couldn't repair. The VGA port were not touched or worked on in any way. The laptop were taken back by you, and you only returned it to the branch 3 days later stating that the VGA port doesn't work.
Once again the branch tried to assist in fixing the VGA port without any success. We are sorry that we couldn't be of better assistance in this case, as we maintain a high level of service excellence at our store and normally satisfy all our customers.
