*********** or Devious or both

I frequent the Woodmead branch as I get my toners and cartridges from there for years, earlier this year I took in my laptop in to have it fixed and was told I needed a new one, devastated about this as it is an expensive laptop I took it for a second opinion, all it needed was a new screen, clearly they do not have the correct equipment or competent staff to diagnose these issues. Last Monday I inquired about an printer which is a wifi scanner copier, I had a photo of exactly what I wanted, the Branch manager advised he had the exact same thing, I was blown away by the price and asked twice why it was so cheap they said advised that sometimes they are alot cheaper than Takealot. Not once did they mention the reason for the price difference is that it is not a wifi printer. The branch manager says he "glanced " at it and did not think I wanted a wifi printer but a scanner copier and printer. My guess is that he knew about their policies about no refunds sold me the wrong thing and knew if I brought back I would not be able to get a refund. It is either they are *********** or devious or both. I have sent several emails to their head office and got no response.
