I went to Matrix warehouse on the 01 March 2016 to scan very important and confidential documents. The service I received was poor, the patrons kept chatting with each other and delaying me. To my surprise when I got home to check the documents scanned to my email, I found some of my documents missing and a stranger's documents included in the batch I scanned. Those boys have no customer service skills. I am very disappointed at the service I received
