I waited 2 1/2days for a quotation then had to phone to receive quotation, I did not accept quotation, my instructions were I had to first discuss with my husband. My husband went and picked up the laptop and without my permission they had gone ahead with the repairs! For R200 more I could have gotten a upgrade includes!!!!!

We have sorted out the issue with the laptop without losing any data or loaded programs. When your husband came and fetched the laptop, he was happy that we could sort out the issue. The quote you received is clearly to load Pirated software as there is no way that you could install Windows 7, Microsoft office 2013, anti-virus and back up of data for R850-00. This by legal rights should have cost you in excess of R6500-00. Unfortunately we don't support any type of piracy and the company that quoted you has been reported to Microsoft.
