I would like to give my formal complaint. Last year I bought a Dell computer from your Krugersdorp branch. Windows 10 home edition was loaded on and I requested that they needed to supply me with the Pro edition. I took the computer back and the activated this for me. Needless to say that my laptop started giving problems. I spoke to one of your tech support people at Alberton. I was very helpful. After checking everything, he saw that an ******* activation code was loaded. This after I spoke to a Manager and he said that Matrix's would never load ******* software. Now I can not work and I have to buy the legal Windows Pro. This could have been avoided last year. So discussed.
