I was sold a USED product!!!!

<p>I am so disgusted at the fact that I was sold a USED Internal DVD Writer. Firstly upon walking into the store I was not approached or ask if I needed help, i had to go to the paypoint, when I asked for advice on the product brand I was given a half hearted answer similar to "I suppose it's ok". After confirming that I wanted the device, it was presented to me in a plastic packaging bag (at the time I assumed ok, maybe thats how they get the devices from the supplier since they may be ordering large quantities), no software or SATA cable with the drive.</p> <p>Then to my horror after installing the drive, I pressed the eject button and found a blank DVD in the drive which undoubtedly validates the fact that the drive was used.</p> <p>I logged this complaint via the website a day ago and heard NOTHING from them! I will be getting my lawyers involved to see how I can take this matter up as Matrix Warehouse is perfectly comfortable selling used products to their customers. I urge ANYONE considering purchasing from Matrix to stop buying from them if you want brand new products and good customer service. Go to Incredible Connection instead!!!!</p>
