How customer service should be done!

I was unable to complete and online order and decided to rather contact a Matrix Warehouse store.

The store went out of their way to assist with my request and was on my way when a person from the online sales team also called to find out why I had not completed the online order and if they could assist!

Matrix put me into a predicament as not matter which way I would approach this, I would disappoint an eager and wonderful person.

Thanks for the wonderful experience. I will continue to use Matrix for all my IT needs.
