Horrible service!

<p>Around the 24th August I requested a quotation for a small business 4 in one printer, an i3 processor laptop and some accessories from a sales Rep named Maureen from Matrix warehouse in Newcastle KZN. On the 6th of September I finally received the quotation after making a couple of calls following up on the request, 2 days later I made payment for the quotation and I got a call from Maureen telling me that she will let me know when all my items have arrived for collection. I only received the items on the 19th of September and since I was out of town when she called to tell me to collect I sent my boyfriend to fetch the stuff for me. When I came back I opened the printer only to realise the printer was not a 4 in one but a 3 in one. The discription on the quotation did not specify this. I called Maureen to tell her I was not happy with the printer as I specifically told her on the phone when I requested a quote that I wanted a printer suitable for a small business use but she told me that the supplier cannot take it back because I have opened it even though it was unused in it's original box. As if that was not frustrating and disappointing enough on the 12th of October I had to send back the "new" laptop because the battery stopped charging! When Maureen took the laptop she told me that she is in no position to tell me when I can get it back because she has no control over the repairing department. Today is the 1st of November I still don't have my laptop, nor do I know when I'll get it back and I'm stuck with a home printer I never wanted! I would never recommend Matrix warehouse Newcastle to anyone! I am so angry and disappointed by their service!</p>
