Great Service!!!!

My computer has been playing up quite a bit over the last few months. Have been to various service providers and always been given the same old story that the model is dated and needs to be replaced. Also if I had to go the repair route, i.e. upgrading the software and whatever else, the price would be like an arm and a leg. I am talking quite a few thousand bucks here. On a recent shopping trip to Bedford Centre, I noticed the Matrix shop. What a pleasant surprise!!! From entering the premises and explaining my problem I had nothing but good service and technicians willing to assist. Not once was I told that my old faithful belonged to the s**** yard. Instead I was asked to bring old faitfhful in for final assessment. Within a matter of hours the problem was sorted and I was contacted to come and collect The price was minimal and I can honestly recommend this store, not only for brilliant service but also excellent price.
